Note: We do NOT sell audio loops, rex files, wave files, drum samples, refills or drum sounds in any format. We only sell MIDI loops. ABSOLUTELY NO refunds will be issued on our products! Please download and try our FREE MIDI samples and contact us if you have any questions.

GRANT OF LICENSE

This EULA grants you the following rights:

Installation and Use. You may install and use copies of the PRODUCT on any of your computers used for music production.

Backup copy. You may make one copy of the PRODUCT solely for backup or archival purposes.

The MIDI files contained in this product are licensed to you strictly for the purpose of using them in your musical arrangements. No permission is required for such usage. Our license is 100% royalty free for music compositions.

The original material is © 2004-2010 Groove Monkee and may not be transferred, distributed, reproduced in any medium, posted on the Internet or re-sold without permission. This includes collections of MIDI and/or Audio loops.

DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS

Rental. You may not rent, lease or lend the PRODUCT

Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, Groove Monkee may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the PRODUCT.

COPYRIGHT

All title and copyrights in and to the PRODUCT and any copies thereof are owned by Groove Monkee.

WARRANTY

Groove Monkee warranties that the MIDI files will work with your MIDI compatible software. If the files are corrupted or defective, we will replace the files for you and deliver them via Internet download for one year.

Other than the guarantee that the files will work with your MIDI compatible software, the PRODUCT and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the PRODUCT remains with you.

ACCOUNT SHARING AND DOWNLOAD ABUSE

Sharing your account with others is prohibited and will result in the immediate loss of all download privileges. It is your responsibility to protect your account from unauthorized access. We reserve the right to restrict or permanently suspend, without prior notice, your access to our products.

Downloading a product from two (2) or more IP addresses shall be considered sufficient grounds for restriction or permanent suspension of your download privileges. Therefore, we suggest that you make a backup copy of our installer(s) immediately and use the backup for installation on your other computers.
