Steven Slate 4 Support
Groove Monkee now supports Steven Slate 4! The following packs are available now: Blues, Country, Funk/Hip Hop/RB, Fusion, Metal 1 & 2, Rock Essentials 1 & 2, Rock 1, Rock 2, Rock 3, Progressive, Power Rock, Punk, RB1 and Twisted.
Downloads
The Steven Slate Drums 4 midi files are in the "supplemental mappings" zip file in the download area. They are stored in the folders with "SSD4" at the end. Slate 3.5 loops are stored in the folders with SSD3.5 (formerly just "SSD"). |

About the Grooves
Groove Monkee R&B 1 is a collection of over 750 MIDI loops for modern R&B, pop, funk, hip hop, fusion, rock and more! The grooves were played by Chris Coleman and are 100% royalty free. We've arranged the loops into song format (intro, verse, chorus, bridge, outro) with additional fills.

About the drummer
The grooves were played by professional drummer Chris Coleman (Prince, Christina Aguilera, Chaka Khan, Stanley Clarke).

About the Grooves
Groove Monkee Metal 2 is a collection of over 1600 MIDI drum loops for metal, thrash, etc. It includes a wide variety of crushing metal grooves and fills in 3/4 and 4/4 with both straight and triplet feels: Blasts, Bomb, Hammer, Old School, Half-Time, Skank, DBeats plus intros and endings!

About the drummer
The grooves were played by professional drummer Joe Babiak. He's toured the world playing metal but he's also played with Kill Hannah (2006) and has appeared in Modern Drummer four times. Joe's group, Cage9, recently opened for OZZY OSBOURNE in Panama!
